Emergency treatments, calls from doctos ans 

 

We urgently ask you to make apointments as far in advance as possible as we have a lot of requests for appointments and limited capacities.

 

Please also help us by making your apointment in advance for your regular follow-up appointments.

 

We are trying to keep waiting times as short as possible, but unexpected emergencies, phone calls or treatments that last longer can always cause delays. We give every patient the time needed and apologize for any delay.

You can help to keep the waiting time low by:

- Handing in all medical documentation regarding your visit to the reception

- In case anyone accompanying you needs medical advice /treatment, please make an appointment for them as well.

- Have your valid health insurance card readily available or for privately insured patients please have your ID card ready

- Take off any clothing (ex: scarfs, coats, hats, etc.) that will hinder the examination prior to entering the examination room

 

Appointment cancelation
