Dear Patients,

My name is Dr. Sandra Blankenburg and I’m a mother of two children. If I have any spare free moments, I like to play basketball or work on my sewing machine.

I completed my degree at the University of Göttingen and have almost 15 years of experience in the field of ENT (otorhinolaryngology).  I did part of my residency at the university hospital in Aachen and finished my training at the Klinikum-Bremen-Mitte Hospital in Bremen in 2011.  I acquired the allergology specization in 2015.  After finishing my residency, I worked for a large ENT office in southern Hessen and then switched to the ENT department of the Buchholz hospital in 2013.

I passed the USMLE (United States medical licensing exam) Step 2 and 3. I’m fluent in English and proficient in medical English. If you do not feel comfortable in English or German please bring a translator you trust.

In January 2020, I took over the ENT office in the Niedersachsenstraße in Winsen and will be glad to help you.
